Refund Policy

• Monthly plans: ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, as long as you have used no more than 10% of that month’s words.
• Annual plans: ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, as long as you have used no more than 10% of one month’s words.

That limit works out to — Starter: 1,000 words · Pro: 2,000 words · Max: 4,000 words.

• You can cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. You keep your plan, and your words, until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We don’t refund renewals, partial months, the unused part of an annual plan, or unused words.
• If we charged you by mistake, or charged twice, tell us and we will fix it whenever it happened.

A rewrite that fails on our side never uses any of your words, so there is nothing to refund. Rewriting the same text again is a new rewrite and does use words.

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can almost always sort it out faster.
