Frequently asked

Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Open Billing in your dashboard and choose Manage or cancel. You keep your words through the end of the period you've paid for.
How does annual billing work?: You pay for twelve months up front at the lower monthly rate. Your words still arrive every month, on the 1st, exactly as they do on monthly billing. Unused words don't roll over on either option.
What counts as a 'word'?: We count the words in the text you submit (the input). The length of the rewritten output doesn't matter.
Does rewriting the same text again use more words?: Yes. Every rewrite is a fresh run, so running the same text again uses its word count again. If a rewrite fails on our side, you aren't charged for it.
How long can one rewrite be?: Between 20 words and 12,000 characters, which is roughly 2,000 words. Shorter snippets don't give the rewriter enough to work with, so they aren't accepted and don't use any words. Split longer documents into sections.
Will the rewrite pass AI detectors?: Often, but nobody can promise it. Detectors disagree with each other and change without notice, so a score today says little about tomorrow. Read the result, check it against the detector you care about, and see the refund policy if it isn't working for you.
Do you train on my text?: We don't store the text you submit or the rewrite, and we don't train on it or sell it. To produce the rewrite, your text is sent to a third-party AI rewriting provider, which processes it under its own terms. The privacy policy has the details.
What languages are supported?: English works best. Other major languages go through, but the rewriting models are tuned for English.
What if I exceed my word limit?: Rewrites pause until your words reset on the 1st of the next month, or you can move up a plan for more words right away.
